The challengeOffering a mobile solution optimised for supply chain professionals

Generix Group is a provider of collaborative SaaS solutions for the supply chain and commerce ecosystem. The group has developed a solution for transportation companies to support drivers throughout their routes: departure reporting, unloading their trucks at a warehouse, recipient signatures, incident reporting and more. To make this solution operational, Generix turned to Kaliop to identify the best mobile solution for deploying this offering.

Kaliop listened carefully to our needs and used its expertise to guide us in identifying the best technological solutions. Their deep knowledge of mobile technology enabled us to optimise the user interface, quickly deploy a high-performance solution on app stores and build the skills of our internal teams.

Deploy an app that addresses all the unique aspects of mobile devices for a transportation company

Geolocation, offline mode, push notifications... To address these needs and the specific requirements of mobile users on the go, we worked with Generix to define a suitable architecture and select Flutter technology to ensure the app’s optimal, scalable and cross-platform functionality.

Designing a 100% mobile user experience

The entire user journey was redesigned to ensure optimal use of the app and mobile-specific usability: minimising the number of clicks required to complete an action, easily reporting delivery confirmations or incidents, adding photos, tracking the stages of a route...

Implementing a multi-tenant architecture within the application

To secure access to the application for each client, Kaliop implemented a multi-tenant architecture using the SaaS access management solution deployed by Generix. Thus, within the same application, Generix can manage several different user accounts (for each of its clients), each with its own specific features.
